Estimated Delivery Times
Items will be sent within 1-2 days of your purchase. You will receive an email with your receipt of payment plus your tracking ID where you will be able to monitor your parcel.
We do our best to package your items to avoid any damage in transit. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your parcel once in the hands of Australia Post or the courier service, however, we endeavour to work with you and the postal service to rectify any issues that you may experience.
At present, we do not offer shipping outside of Australia.
We have taken the time to select quality brands and products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please let us know immediately (within 14 days of purchase) by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or if they break within 14 days of purchase. Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please ensure you follow all care instructions carefully. We may ask you to send a photograph or return the faulty item. Once we have either received your photo or product and we have inspected we will notify you via email of either rejection or approval of your exchange. If a replacement product is not available, you will be refunded the purchase price
