Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please let us know immediately (within 14 days or purchase) by emailing us at email@example.com. You will then ship the package back to us.

Swaddles: Cold hand wash with like colours in their own delicates laundry bag. Lay flat to dry, DO NOT tumble dry as item will shrink. If you don’t like a slight crinkled look, a light iron once dry will bring your swaddles up beautifully.
Blankets: Cold gentle machine wash with like colours. Use gentle/wool wash detergent. Do not wring, bleach or soak. Dry flat in shade. Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
